Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot Trousseau Singulier 2021Trousseau single varietal; medium bodied, perfumed and spicy. Native ferments, aged in neutral vessels, focus on clarity of fruit and soil. Trousseau in good hands shows spice, red fruit and a tensile structure very food friendly and age worthy. Red cherry, dried herbs, black pepper spice, medium tannin and a long back palate of minerality.
