Smooth and complex, it is a true sipping whiskey. Powerful nose of sweet maple, vanilla and a hint of honey. On the palate, it is rich, deep and complex with roasted pecan, vanilla and lingering char and woody notes. Smooth with a hint of black pepper on the finish. Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 21% Raw Rye, 4% Malt Barley
