BRANCAIA - IL BIANCO Size:750ML an aromatic infusionA Sauvignon Blanc with a bit of Viognier. The fruit flavors of grapefruit and gooseberries pop out in the beginning and end on floral notes. The inhibition of malolactic fermentation gives the wine an enchanting freshness, while a five month aging on lees for one third in barriques and two thirds in stainless steel tanks ensures an excellent structure.
