After earning his BFA with distinction from the National College of Arts, Lahore, in 1993, Naeem has been an influential figure in the art community, both as a creator and a mentor. He has served as an assistant professor and later as an associate at the National College of Arts, dedicating his career to fostering new generations of artists.
