Signed with the maker's mark and 'patent pending'. I believe it to say ConcH but not certain. Purchased in Camden Market in the 1990s, this is a perfect example of the rubber spike design craze influenced by Craig Morrison's bug bag. Approx dimensions: 7cm tall 4. 5cm diameter (without spikes). Some age related marks signs of use. Very
