Barbadillo 12 Year Cuco Oloroso Sherry 375mlJerez Xeres. This was a standout among a strong set of quite affordable sherries from Barbadillo. This is made up of Palomino Fino aged oxidatively for 12 years in a solera. The nose shows a dried oak spice, pan cooked high oil nuts (brazil nuts) and a core of minerality. The palate has a great texture to it. D&M Tasting NotesThe Oloroso Cuco is aged in different bodegas owned by Barbadillo, but mostly in the bodega Don Guillermo. Grapes are grown on

most of which are Grand Cru sites on the slopes of the Rüdesheimer Berg
