I've enjoyed it over ice, brewed with a Chemex with a paper filter and with a metal filter, as well as an Aeropress and I have yet to be disappointed! It is a bright and lively coffee with enough acidity to notice (think green grapes) but a balance of mellow and rich, syrupy undertones. Located in the Sierra Madre, Finca Nueve Linda is a 74,000 hectare Specialty Coffee Estate owned by Don Octavio Moguel
