Batting must be purchased separately. Finished runner measures 21. 5" x 53". In the pictures, the bottom piece (4th picture) is the backing, and the navy blue piece above that is for the binding. Please note that the pattern was a download, so I have printed it in color on regular copy paper. ALL SALES FINAL.
