Francois Voyer Pineau des Charentes Rouge (Red Mistelle) 17.5% 750mlThe exquisite complexity of fresh and dry fruit Composed of approximately 2 3 of grape juice and 1 3 of Cognac, blended just after the grape harvesting. Aged in oak barrels more than 5 years after the blend. Plums and pear aromas, with some dried fruit hints (nut, hazelnut,). To be tasted pretty cool as an aperitif, but also a matchless dessert wine (vanilla cream, crme brule, Tatin tart, white chocolate) or as well with a goose liver pate. Colour:
