Its been lifted with Chinotto syrup made by the Bertoncello Bros from O. MY Restaurant using Mountain Yuzu fruit, farm honey, and native aromatics like strawberry gum, lemon myrtle, and river mint. The result is a dark beer with layers of citrus, gentle bitterness, and an oaky backbone. Earthy, spiced, and quietly complex. Native grains: mamadyang
