AA Badenhorst, Klip Kop Chenin Blanc 2019 Unfiltered This Cognac is produced fromFrom low yielding old vines on shallow granite soils, which produce exposed small bunches that attain a little more ripeness and undergo a 16 month ferment on the gross lees. It is deeply concentrated with aromas of pear, stone fruits and stem ginger. In the mouth, it is creamy, mineral and has exceptional length.
