Small Silver Plated (Silver Plate On Copper) Open Salt Cellar UtensilsA small silver plated salt cellar on a pedestal stand and with a rolled rim. The salt cellar is marked on the pedestal base EPNS. Some plate loss has occurred on the pedestal base as well as on the rolled rim revealing the copper underneath. The item will also require some polishing. Height of rim: 4 cm, Diameter of base: 4 cm, Diameter of rim: 5. 5 cm
while the yellow leaf apple blossom version was released by Carlton Ware during the 1940’

The item is stamped underneath with a generic EPNS mark in gothic (generally used by a variety of Sheffield manufacturers during the first half of the 1900’s) followed by Warranted Guaranteed Hard Soldered
