Lunaria 'Civitas' pecorino 2023Organic and biodynamic so it's almost good for you this lovely pecorino is a real crowd pleaser. Medium acidity and very ripe fruit means it will appeal to those with a broader palate. Hints of sultanas and ginger suggest decent Thai or Indian food. No one seems to know why it's called pecorino by the way nothing to do with sheep or cheese, just is!
