Art Deco Silver & Marcasite Round Circle Design Bracelet feed-condition-usedThis is a beautifully designed piece of Art Deco jewellery. It takes the form of circlets, which are bound together by little bars all set with marcasites. Marcasite jewellery was very popular in the 1920s due to the fashion of the light and dark designs, and it was also more affordable. Marcasite gemstone are very confusingly actually cut and polished pieces of pyrite (fool's gold) and not, as the name suggests, marcasite (another actual gemstone!)
