MRS Agar blood Sulphatriad 200µgMRS Agar is designed to encourage the growth of lactic acid bacteria. It was originally developed by de Man, Rogosa & Sharpe (hence the name M. R. S.) for Lactobacillus species. Instructions for use Suspend 63 grams of powder in 1 litre of cold deionised water (conductivity <10ms) Add 10ml MRS Supplement. Mix well and heat to boiling.
