Subtle marriage of three grape varieties

The Timeless series has been created to display time's effect on each cask in the distilleries Islay location

soft vanilla ice-cream and hints of flint with some autumnal forest aromas

Aged in       ex-Limousin and ex-sherry oak

Nose: A bouquet of mixed spices balancing a sherried oakiness

Palate: Tangy notes of spiced fruit

some waxy notes before a fruity tang of orange segments and salted caramel

with notes of black and red cherries coming through
