After being distilled at the Highland maker, it spent its 16 years of maturation in a hogshead cask which showcases its signature fresh, fruity and grassy character. The cask yielded just 271 bottles, each released at natural colour and cask strength.

As we head into the  finish some rich vanilla returns to usher in a spiced tangy finish

Palate: Sweet and slightly dry spices with a distant note of smoke

A rounded smooth yet full bodied dram for all palates

followed by underripe banana and a herbal quality

Aged in American oak barrels to deliver a rich and complex taste profile thanks to the marrying together 3 - 4 year aged rums that have taken a richness that the bourbon barrels have in abundance
