It is ideal choice when researcher wants to perform reproducible electrochemical measurements of battery and supercapacitor materials under controlled compression in a three electrode setup. The battery cartridges are exchangeable between cell bases, therefore it is convenient to have multiple cartridges and use one while the other is in cleaning etc.
