Mannochmore 11 Year Old 2010 Carn Mor 47.5% 70cl 10Nose: Rather creamy on the front of the nose, with a rich soft vanilla and toffee, some flaked almond, French crispy croissants, some rich organic herbal notes, with a soft sweet pear, apple strudel and honey coated cereal. Palate: On the front of the palate we come across some refreshing citrus and cream notes, with candied lemon & orange peel, Shortbread and honey, some peanut brittle and sweet spices, sesame seed crisps, toffee and chocolate.

From the Isle of Mull distillery Tobermory established in 1798 comes a full bodied style called Ledaig with a PPM of around 45-55

leaving a late drying note to emerge in time

hints of a sweet mint leaf and soft jellied orange candy

which is a heavily toasted malt

what you get is a surprisingly dry element reminiscent of ginger and cinnamon
