Holyrood New Make Spirit Chocolate Malt 60% 50cl XOPNMS03 is the third release of our Brewer's series and focuses on the ability of specialty malts to deliver flavour into our new make. Here chocolate malt, which is a heavily toasted malt, adds a dark chocolate, coffee roast quality to our new make. Nose: Toasted waffles with a creamy vanilla and chocolate, soft spices with a hint of vanilla spice. Palate: A creamy start is soon replaced by a rather enjoyable dark coca, coffee with frothy milk and
