Textured Small Chef w/ Redwood Burl Accessory Height: 30This chefs knife was hand forged from high carbon 52100 round bar. The textured blade was hand sanded to 800 grit, resulting in a satin finish. The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of Redwood Burl and Black Paper Micarta. I can custom make one for this knife if you'd like to add a leather sheath. You can find that here. Note: The patina on a high carbon knife is truly beautiful and unique, much like a snowflakeno two are alike. It's a sign of a
