These agaves are then slowly roasted in brick ovens, fermented with natural airborne yeast, and distilled at low temperatures to ensure maximum agave essence is present in the finished product. The result is an additive free tequila that delivers rich, undiluted agave flavor. Nose Crisp, bright agave with lively
