Matassa - 2023 Cuvée Marguerite abv_41.3% curries and dipping sauces33% Muscat Petit Grain, 33% Muscat d'Alexandrie and 33% Macabeu. From century old vines planted at 300 400 metres altitude on schist and marl soils. whole grape bunches are fermented in barrels, with indigenous yeasts, matured on lees for 6 months, with malolactic fermentation, and no filtering.
