Thompson Bros Organic Gin 45.7% 50cl 1973Nose: A complex and aromatic nose of lemon and cardamom, spices and hints of berries, hard rock candy and citrus peels. Juniper and peppery edges. Palate: soft elderflower and red berries star the palate off nicely, a more lively mid palate has sweet orange and tangy lemon with strawberries and cracked black pepper. A lingering smooth springtime floral flavour builds to a complex and very satisfying finish of Angelica root with a creamy citrus edge

with a rich palate lifted one more time with Cardamom

Nose: Fruity and light on the opening of the nose

Palate: A very robust yet enjoyable sweet smoke and spice to the fore
