Terre del Vescovo "Marra" Aglianico 2015 basque herbacious and fruityAglianico is often compared to Nebbiolo, with its leather, tar aromas and fierce tannins. It however offers darker color and less of dried rose and herb nuances, and is capable of producing long lived wines. This 8 year old wine is astonishingly fresh and aromatic, and will drink well for another decade.
