He is entirely machine sewn. Plush is approximately 12" tall without the hat. This plush comes with a removable clown outfit made from flannel with pom poms. The romper and collar close with snaps. The pom poms are hand sewn on. Please handle this plush with care, since it is a handmade item. Item should be used
