The blue painted is one of Bing & Grndahl's oldest sets, usually painted in the scale shape that both the Empire and Mge sets are painted in, from 1895. These are painted on a fluted frame shape. The blue paint is Bing & Grondahl's version of the blue painted frame. Perfect condition.
