This is a lower gluten, Scandinavian style loaf, made with a blend of spelt and rye flours and loaded with sprouted rye grains and seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed). Perfect thinly sliced to accompany a cheeseboard, or keep for the week following Christmas (easily keeps for over a week!) and have toasted for your daily breakfast or lunch. NB: Grains
