2020 Barbera 'Basket Press'Made from a single vineyard located in Langhorne Creek, perhaps the only one growing Barbera. The wine has a red purple colour. Aromas and flavours are intense, displaying vibrant aromas of violets combined with flavours of red mulberries, chocolate and spices with hints of black pepper. It finishes dry with a lengthy fruit aftertaste. This is a lovely wine to have with antipastos and light meals, including vegetarians' options. It combones well with

some gentle almond savouriness and licks of ginger and woody spice lending additional character

The aromatics of this wine are intense and elegant

respecting the primary fruit and elegance
