St Margaret’s & The Corah WorksIn 2012 I was awarded a Leverhulme Artist in Residence Award in conjunction with the Leicester Universitys Centre for Urban History. Over 9 months I made a series of works celebrating the citys manufacturing past and the wealth of industrial buildings still standing, even if no longer used for their original purpose. The Corah Works once made clothes for M&S and took St Margaret as one of the very first registered trademarks for knitted goods. The
