Burning EmbersThis beautiful Boulder Opal picture stone is a new addition to my collection. Originally one piece, I cut it in two to create these unique earrings in a style that Ive been making for years. To me the images show the embers of an Australian bushfire on a burning 40 degree day. Weve had a few of those lately. I added orange sapphires to accentuate the intensity and set them in 9k gold. The back plate is sterling silver. TCW: 12. 68 Drop: 35mm Width:

These measure approximately 15mm around

The back of the band is about 3mm in width and half round

I haven’t used a mould

You can get pearls wet but it is preferable that they are not worn continuously
