A Herculaneum Pottery, Liverpool floral-painted plate c.1805-10Description. Well painted, with an attractive scene of garden flowers in a basket. Elaborate gilded border cavetto decoration of convolvulus foliage and flowers. Unmarked. Condition. Some discolouration to the foot rim, together with a small patch of missing glaze to the foot rim. Some utensil wear to the painted scene, as shown. Minor rubbing to the gilding. No cracks, chips or restoration. Dimensions. 22cm in diameter. Please see our other items. We
