The Rohan Mid Century Boho Bamboo Rattan Rocking Chair by Rohé NoordwoldeA rarely seen and sought after vintage rocking chair believed to be designed by Roche Noordwolde in the 1960s. This is a mid century piece featuring bamboo and cane construction with a metal base, of which still maintains the original black paintwork. I have seen many copies inspired by this chair by recent interior brands, however this has the vintage look that cant be replicated and is a genuine example of a mid century piece which would really add

Overall it is a lovely little occasional table

or it could also work as a lovely bedside cabinet or cupboard

the desk has been maintained and restored to enhance its original charm

It would work perfectly as a drinks cabinet

with a carefully selected colour palette of earthy tones such as rural orange

allowing the top section to rotate 90 degrees to a position where the folded leaves can be raised and supported

however this is very straightforward to do with shelving brackets already in place
