Le Chat Noir Pinot Noir 2024Le Chat Noir is a modern French Pinot Noir created by Vincent Charleux, whose wines are generous and approachable. The grapes for the wines are sourced from the Aude Valley, located in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The resulting wines are clean and fresh with balanced tannins and true varietal character. This is a fantastic Pinot Noir and represents excellent value at the price.

6 ha holding of 45+ year old vines

over a bed of Comblanchien limestone

it's aged for at least two years in American oak barrels which gives it a slightly smoky finish

staining and with crunchy tannins that resonate on

aged 10 months in large oak barrels to yield a medium-bodied dry red with a touch of typical assertiveness
