They currently utilise 3 clones: 115 (structure): 777 and 112 (acidity)

Following fermentation

The wine is then matured for 30 months in a single ‘botti’ (5000 litre barrel) made from Slavonian oak

with just a touch of tangerine and pineapple on the finish

This is a full wine with deep concentrated fruit

bitter red berry and cranberry flavours

The vines have a perfect average age of 15 years

This Brunello is fined with egg whites and bottled without filtration

The Albarossa vineyard is now 10 years old

The co-ferment established a yeast flor or veil and was aged under it for 3 months
