Distant Dhow At SunsetThis photo of fishermen sailing their Dhow (fishing boat) was shot at sunset on the beautiful Kiwengwa beach in Zanzibar. Zanzibar is an old Portuguese colony in the Indian ocean off the coast of Tanzania in East Africa, famous for its exotic beaches and spice plantations.

colour and especially the music is fantastic here

The remote island I had been staying on was Chizumulu in lake Malawi which lies just a few kilometres from Mozambique and although entirely surrounded by Mozambican territorial waters
