Created from two Clarendon casks from 2011 and 2013, then married together and left to mature in the same two casks. One cask has been bottled for Edition No. 25 and the other will be left to continue maturing.

Palate: Intense Seville orange

lemon and candied orange

dried red fruit and more oak

Palate: With a rich creamy toffee and vanilla note that opens to a candied orange and soft citrus

tangy rich coastal notes with a bracing Atlantic breeze

chocolate and dry spices

ground coffee beans and sweet spice

Nose: Soft creamy notes

Palate: Winter fruit cake with some castor sugar dressing

some vanilla and golden honey with salted caramel

along with a hint of light peat and salty smoke
