Palate: Rich toffee and fruit form the opening of the palate

possibly nut oil

some oak and spice on the back end of the nose

some mellow notes go light golden honey

caramel and hints of maple syrup

a sweet delicate spice with Manuka honey

Palate: The palate is balanced from the first sip

Then we age it 4 years in oak barrels

some soft notes of wood smoke and fresh baked ginger biscuits

A little bit of a gem dram this one

Nose: Sweet apples and fresh baked flaky pastry with demerara sugar dusting
