Unfortunately I do not know anything about this maker. Therefore we can judge it based on workmanship alone. It is made of very high quality shakudo with great nanako. Wild geese is covered with thick layer of gold foil and decorated with shakudo eye. Tree trunks and leafs are very well executed. Design is elegant and simplistic. It is made of very high quality shakudo with great nanako

Most probably it was cleaned using modern rust removal techniques and thus surface was damaged

Shakudo has the same slightly red colour and it also is made in very high relief
