have failed to locate any documentation on it

That's about all I can determine without having a manual

but barely discernible in the photos

The Variation Setting knob rotates the card within the small window north of center

as evidence by the fluid line across the face between 330 and 30 degrees (see photo)

then the larger pointer indicates RPM around the outer scale from 50-110%

one for Autopilot Release and the other for Hydraulic Panel Lights
