Porto, Portugal - Campo Dos Martires da Patria76 x 23 x 1 cm My largest piece yet for the Portugal collection. The Azulego Tiles so famous to Portual were very time consuming to recreate but I find them so beautiful, and it's a pleasure to add them to my creations. This house on Campo Dos Martires da Patria had the top 2 floors completely clad in the typical blue and white tiles. This large and thin piece of driftwood was found up on rocks above Gramvousa Beach in Crete. It's a very light weight

The wood was found in the Maldives and had spent some time in the water as can be seen by the holes eaten into it from barnacles
